• Check in time is 3:00 p.m.

• Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Later check-out times are available for multi-day rentals (2 nights or longer).

• A complimentary boat shuttle is provided by Pitt Lake Wilderness Adventures for arrival and departures.  Please arrange a time for your shuttle pick-up at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.  Free parking is available at Grant Narrows Regional Park – please make sure that you get a parking pass for your vehicle.

• Arrangements can be made for additional boat shuttles at $10 per trip.

• Sorry, only small pets permitted.  Owners are responsible for any damages as a result of pets.

• No smoking inside the cabins.   

Reservations and Cancellations

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.  The balance is due and will be charged to your credit card on the day of arrival.

• In the event of a cancellation, late arrival or early departure there will be no refund provided.

• All payments must be made with VISA or Mastercard.  A cheque or money order can be used with sufficient lead time but a credit card is required on file.

• All prices shown are in Canadian funds

• We will not provide refunds for early departures or weather concerns.
